Start from a draft, not a blank page

Nobody is slow at writing. Everybody is slow at starting. Brief Vince once and the research is done, the article is drafted, and the LinkedIn post, the thread, the carousel and the newsletter are already written from it — in your voice, with the sources shown. You open a draft and edit. You never open an empty document.

What Vince makes

One brief. Every format already drafted.

Most tools hand you a blog post and leave the other seven blank pages to you. Vince drafts the whole set from one research pass — so every asset already argues the same point, and your job is editing, not starting.

Keywords & SEO

It knows which keywords you can actually win

Volume alone is a trap — the biggest terms are the ones you will never rank for. Vince discovers clusters for your market, scores each one for winnability against your current authority, and only then commits an article to the calendar.

Keyword targets scale with the piece: a five-section article gets one primary term, eight secondary, five long-tail and ten semantically related terms — enough for topical authority, not enough to read like it was written for a crawler.

The blog post was never the bottleneck. Turning it into eight assets, on eight schedules, in one voice — that is what quietly eats a marketing team alive.

How it works

Three moves. You only make two of them.

Vince is agentic, not a prompt box. One brief triggers a chain of real tool calls — keyword resolution, knowledge-base retrieval, live web research, drafting, SEO scoring, fact-checking, channel variants, scheduling — and returns a package you approve or send back.

Personas & voice

Voice is a setting, not a hope

Most AI writing sounds the same because nobody ever told it who it is. A VantagePost persona pins a brand archetype, a reading level and three tone axes — so the founder's LinkedIn article and the clinical newsletter come out as genuinely different pieces of writing from the same research.

Save one per audience and per channel, pair it with a target market, and Vince resolves the right combination for every piece instead of averaging your whole audience into mush.

Same research, this voice

“Most finance teams treat payroll as a vendor decision. It is an architecture decision — and the cost of getting it wrong shows up two years later, in reconciliation.”

Same research, opposite end of every dial

“Payroll feels like a back-office box to tick. But the choice you make now quietly shapes how much cleanup your team is doing two years from now — so it is worth an hour today.”

Drag a dial. The writing re-renders — this is the real control surface, simulated.

Teams that stopped starting from a blank page

One brief now gives me the article, the LinkedIn long-form, the thread and the newsletter section. We went from two posts a month to eleven, and the eleven sound more like us than the two did.

The winnability score changed how we pick topics. We stopped chasing 70K-volume head terms we'd never rank for and started owning the long tail. Traffic tripled in five months.

FAQ

The questions we actually get

Still stuck? Talk to a human →

Is this going to sound like AI slop?
That is the failure mode we designed against. Vince writes from your own documents and a persona you define, not from a model's general sense of what a blog post sounds like. Claims are fact-checked against sources before you see the draft, and anything unverifiable is flagged rather than smoothed over. Teams typically go from about four edits per draft in month one to roughly one by month three.
Can it publish without me?
Only if you decide it can. The default is that nothing leaves the workspace without human approval — Vince drafts, scores and schedules, and the publish step waits on you. As the system proves it sounds like you, you can widen what it is allowed to do on its own, per channel. Autonomy is earned and revocable, never the starting default.
What formats does it actually produce?
Long-form blog articles up to ten sections with generated imagery; native LinkedIn articles plus the short posts that drive traffic to them; X posts and threads; Instagram feed posts and multi-slide carousels; and multi-section newsletters with rendered templates and a shareable web version. All of it from one research pass, so the pieces agree with each other.
How does the keyword research work?
Vince discovers keyword clusters for your market and scores each term for search volume, difficulty, CPC and intent — informational, commercial, transactional or navigational. It then calculates winnability: whether you can realistically rank given your current authority, so you stop burning articles on head terms you will never place for. Before committing a topic it checks you are not cannibalizing a page you already rank for. Google Search Console connects in so you can see what published work actually earned.
How is the SEO score calculated?
One hundred points across eight categories, with a letter grade: primary keyword density (targeting 0.5–1.5%), keyword in the title, keyword coverage across headings, secondary keyword coverage, meta title length (30–60 characters), meta description (120–160 characters, containing the keyword), content length, heading structure, and overall keyword strategy. It is pure computation, not an AI opinion — and it comes with the specific fixes needed to close the gap.
How do you stop it sounding like every other AI blog?
Personas. You pin one of twelve brand archetypes — Sage, Hero, Outlaw, Caregiver and so on — a reading level from conversational to academic, and three tone axes: formal to casual, serious to funny, respectful to irreverent. Save a persona per audience and per channel, pair it with a target market, and the same research renders as genuinely different writing for a founder's LinkedIn and a clinical newsletter.
What does it actually connect to?
Publishing goes direct to LinkedIn (personal profiles and company pages), X and Instagram business accounts, plus WordPress with proper Gutenberg blocks and Prismic for headless sites, and generic webhooks for anything else. Google Search Console connects in for performance data. On Enterprise you also get API keys and an MCP server, so your own tools and agents can drive VantagePost directly.
How long until it produces usable work?
A first draft in minutes, and the full asset set — article, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, newsletter section — usually inside a coffee break. Genuinely on-voice output takes about two weeks of attaching real material (specs, past posts, decks, transcripts) and correcting the first handful of drafts. That correction loop is the product, not setup overhead.
Who owns what it produces?
You do. Your content, your documents, and the voice profile built from them are yours. Export articles as Markdown or DOCX whenever you want, and take them with you if you leave.
We already have a content team. What changes?
They stop starting from a blank page and start editing. Keyword research, first drafts, the eight channel variants, the newsletter assembly and the calendar mechanics are handled; judgment, positioning and the final word stay with your people. Most teams see edits per draft fall from around four in month one to roughly one by month three. We accelerate storytellers — we do not replace them.
